Bale drying

The basis of the bale drying system is a powerful Gros radial fan. The fan blows air through the distribution metal channel for air, on which there are attachments for connecting flexible hose with air rings. The bales must be medium pressure with a soft core. This enables the most efficient air flow through the bale and ensures quality and uniform drying of the hay. When loading bales, we must be very careful that the upper bale is straight up. If the upper bale is very inclined, the air through the bale does not travel evenly over the entire surface. Place the lid on the upper bale. The cover allows the air to be distributed over the entire bale.

A more spatially flexible design of bale dryers. Allows drying of bales one on top of the other. The bottom bale is placed on the ground to seal the bottom. An air ring is placed on the bale in the middle, and another bale is placed on top of this ring. Place a lid on the top bale to prevent air from escaping through the soft core of the bale.
